Refer a Surveyor and Earn 5%

Do you know another residential surveyor who could benefit from SurveyorNotes or Surveyor.Directory?

Join our referral programme and earn 5% of the subscription price paid by every eligible new customer you refer.

Joining is simple:

Email [email protected] and tell us that you would like to join the referral programme.
Ask the surveyor you refer to enter your email address when they subscribe.
The referred customer must remain continuously subscribed for 12 months.
You must also maintain your own continuous paid subscription throughout the qualifying period.
Once the referred customer has completed 12 months of continuous subscription, you can claim your referral payment.

You will receive 5% of the eligible subscription payments made by the referred customer during their first 12 months.

There is no fixed limit on the number of eligible customers you can refer. The more new customers you introduce, the more you could earn.

The referral programme is available to customers with an active paid subscription to SurveyorNotes or Surveyor.Directory.

To qualify for payment:

You must opt into the programme by emailing us before making the referral.
The person or business you refer must be a new customer.
Your email address must be entered during their registration or subscription process.
The referred customer must maintain a continuous paid subscription for 12 months.
You must maintain your own continuous paid subscription during the same period.
Cancelled, refunded, disputed or unpaid subscription periods will not qualify.

Once the referred customer has completed 12 continuous months as a paying subscriber, contact [email protected] to request your referral payment.

We will verify the referral, subscription history and eligibility before arranging payment.

Include the email address associated with your SurveyorNotes or Surveyor.Directory account.

By joining the referral programme, you agree that:

Referral eligibility begins only after we receive and acknowledge your opt-in email.
Referrals cannot normally be applied retrospectively.
The referred customer must enter the referrer’s registered email address when signing up.
A customer may only name one referrer.
The referred customer must not have previously held a paid SurveyorNotes or Surveyor.Directory subscription.
Both the referrer and referred customer must maintain continuous paid subscriptions for the full 12-month qualifying period.
If either subscription is cancelled, suspended or unpaid during the qualifying period, the referral will no longer qualify.
The 5% reward is calculated using eligible subscription payments actually received.
Refunds, chargebacks, discounts, credits and failed payments are excluded from the calculation.
Referral rewards are not transferable to another person or account.
You are responsible for any tax that may be due on payments you receive.
We may refuse referrals involving duplicate accounts, self-referrals, misleading promotion, spam or suspected abuse.
We may amend, suspend or withdraw the referral programme, but this will not normally affect referrals that have already completed their qualifying period.
Our decision regarding eligibility and payment calculations will be final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
