Town Sponsor: the exclusive top position
A Town Sponsor is the highest-visibility position on a town page. Your practice appears above every other listing as the sponsored surveyor for that location.
This is ideal if you want to strengthen your presence in a key area, protect visibility where you regularly work or make your firm the most prominent option available to local buyers.
Premium positions are limited
To keep premium visibility meaningful, every town has a strictly limited number of paid positions:
- Two Featured Listings — positioned above standard free listings.
- One Town Sponsor — the exclusive top listing, above every other firm.
Featured and Town Sponsor positions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a premium position is taken for a town, it is unavailable to competing firms until it becomes available again.
Premium positions are reserved separately for each town. You can maintain free listings across your wider service area, while using included Featured Listings in the locations most important to your business.
